Warehouse Performance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Warehouse Performance Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment according to order specifications.

  • Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to pick and pack products with high-speed productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy, guaranteeing that our customers receive their orders on time.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily order volume targets, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations.
  • Follow established company safety protocols and warehouse guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of ourselves and others.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner, facilitating prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions.

Key Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to commute to work is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items, if required, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with handheld scanners, are highly desirable.
