The role of Account Executive, Midmarket is a key position within our sales team, responsible for driving business expansion in the Australian and New Zealand markets. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with mid-market business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using the Zoom platform.
You will be accountable for engaging with potential clients, leading end-to-end sales activities, and collaborating with local teams to drive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to expand business relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify client requirements and develop effective solutions.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or UCaaS industry.
- Proven track record of sales performance and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strategic messaging.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
