In this pivotal role as a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Delivery Expert, you'll play a key part in delivering sustainable and efficient designs that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

As a seasoned professional with a passion for innovative design, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success from concept development to final construction documentation. Your technical expertise and creativity will be invaluable assets in developing projects across various sectors, including transportation, utilities, and urban development.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading project teams and managing project delivery to budget, time, and quality for various clients.
  • Providing technical/design expertise and assisting in the management of engineering and support staff.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to develop their skills and deliver solutions for clients.
  • Designing and documenting Civil Engineering Infrastructure, including Road Design, Earthworks, and Storm Water Drainage.
  • Managing job delivery on time and within budget, adhering to GHD QA systems and processes.

About You
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
  • Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) or the ability to obtain within 12 months of joining.
  • A passion for design documentation, assessment, and analysis of technical data.
  • Excellent project management skills and the willingness to mentor junior engineers.
  • Demonstrated professional judgment and commercial acumen.

We Offer
