Cluster and Community Team Lead Position

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our retail stores, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.

This role requires a natural leader with strong coaching and development skills, who can motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site retail leadership or strong Store Manager credentials, with a proven track record in hitting sales targets and lifting team performance.

The successful applicant will be passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building a community, with a keen eye for operational excellence and commercial acumen.

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business, drive sales and KPIs, and lead by example.

We are looking for someone who is organized, commercially minded, and confident working with reporting tools like Shopify, Kepler Analytics, and Cin7.

A bonus would be previous content creation experience, but most importantly, you should embody our values: bold, playful, inclusive, and always striving for better.

  • You're an experienced retail leader or a strong Store Manager ready for the next step.
  • You're obsessed with creating memorable customer experiences and building a community.
  • You've got a proven track record in hitting sales targets and lifting team performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion our brand values and ensure they're lived and breathed in every store.
  • Lead and inspire Store Managers with regular check-ins, coaching, and motivation.
  • Drive sales, KPIs, and community engagement across the cluster by leading by example.
