Retail Cluster Community Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our retail cluster, empowering Store Managers to deliver exceptional results and create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire Store Managers through regular check-ins, coaching, and motivation.
- Drive sales growth, KPIs, and community engagement across the cluster.
- Become a trusted figure in the community by hosting events, activations, and connections.
- Maintain operational excellence in stores, including rostering, payroll, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
- Develop talent pipelines by supporting Store Manager development and progression opportunities.
- Proven multi-site retail leadership experience or a strong Store Manager looking for growth.
- A genuine passion for creating customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and elevating team performance.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills with empathy and energy.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in working with data tools.
