**Visionary Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre. This full-time permanent role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive excellence in every aspect of the centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, policies, and procedures. They will inspire and support educators and teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding care, education, and engagement for children.
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Designing and delivering engaging activities for children's holistic development.
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's well-being and protects their rights.
  • Building a positive and collaborative culture that values teamwork and diversity.

**Requirements**

  • ACECQA-approved diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
