Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of software engineers, business analysts, test analysts, and a delivery manager.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, track progress on individual objectives, and support career growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent practices, shared learning, and coordinated improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guidance, and third-level support for our software platforms and associated systems.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and competing demands in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a software development leadership role, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical experience with .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), Power BI, Microsoft Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS).
  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience in agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to align technical solutions to meet both business and customer needs.
