Investment Portfolio Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Implementation Specialist to join our Investment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational activity required for our single manager portfolio implementation.
Responsibilities- Monitor and manage adviser requests and general information for use in portfolio management through email.
- Rebalance SMA portfolios to align with their underlying models, which are provided by external parties.
- Maintain strategy models using Avaloq that come from both internal and external managers.
- Daily cash sweeps of SMA portfolios across base currencies, including foreign currency transactions.
- Update client and IPS reporting data feeds for implementation analysis.
- Participate in internal meetings, including the Implementation Sub Committee, Investment Committee, and Product meetings.
- Update Avaloq with new information relevant to the smooth running of implementation as required.
- Prepare quarterly reports for advisers to extract from our PRG reporting process.
- Maintain SharePoint with information required for client management.
- Monitor cut-off times for fund redemption/subscription to ensure timely orders.
- A basic understanding of portfolio management principles.
- A degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business.
- Avaloq skills are desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- The ability to deal with adviser demands and work under pressure.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail are critical.
