Capital Allocation Strategist

This is a high-impact role requiring collaboration with executive teams to plan and allocate capital over short, medium, and long term while continuously improving processes and frameworks to support best-in-class investment decision-making.

  • Lead the development and execution of Capital Allocation Strategy, processes, and governance framework.
  • Optimise the mix of projects and asset returns within the investment portfolio.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations on best-in-class capital allocation practices.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between business strategy and investment objectives. A strong focus on stakeholder engagement and communication is crucial in this role.

  • 10–15 years' experience in capital allocation, portfolio analysis, investment management or similar skills.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex asset portfolios within an ASX-listed organisation.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience in driving process improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
