Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and positive individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages, including making barista coffee and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Assisting with visual merchandising and stock rotation, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly around the store as needed.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
