About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Careers Consultant to join our National People and Development team. As a key player in shaping the future of our legal workforce, you will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining top early career talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of our clerks and graduates.
  • Oversee the smooth running of our summer & winter clerkship intakes and graduate programs.
  • Work alongside our People consultants in leading the graduate rotations, and evaluation processes.
  • Facilitate and lead discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as resume building, interview techniques, and career development.
  • Organise events, workshops, and networking opportunities to ensure we are recognised as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, law societies and associations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our graduates and Partners, helping them navigate any challenges.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative programs to meet the evolving needs of our firm.

  • A background in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
