We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our brand-new SABA Canberra Store.

About this role:

This position reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting in maximising store performance through key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.

About you:

  • You have retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • You can drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • You have proven ability and passion to train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You can prioritise tasks and expectations.
  • You have an obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • You are flexible and innovative in reacting positively to changing work demands.

Responsibilities:

  • You will bring your passion for retail to life, delivering exceptional customer-focused service with a touch of sophistication and style.
  • You will assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and crafting efficient rosters.
  • You will support the Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for our team members.
  • You will ensure operational excellence by maintaining control over stock and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, fostering collaboration and synergy.
