Project Manager Role Overview

The project manager plays a pivotal role in leading major campus development projects. A successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in education or public infrastructure.

About the Project Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of innovative and future-focused infrastructure. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and completion
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects (> $50M) through all phases
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors
  • Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, submissions, and tenders
