We are seeking a senior business development professional to lead our expansion into the Queensland infrastructure market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow a robust pipeline of projects across Queensland, focusing on opportunities exceeding $50M.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, utility providers, and major contractors to establish our business as a preferred partner.
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and delivery teams to shape bid strategies and drive project success.
- Lead opportunity pursuit through expressions of interest, requests for tender, and direct negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regional priorities, and emerging opportunities in infrastructure and energy sectors.
- Proven experience in business development, estimating, or project leadership roles within civil infrastructure.
- Demonstrated track record of winning work in Queensland across road, rail, water, energy, or defence markets.
- Established relationships with key stakeholders across transport, local councils, utilities, or private developers.
- A strategic communicator with strong influencing skills and technical credibility.
