Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our concrete production facility.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our equipment and personnel, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Your expertise in production management will enable you to make informed decisions and drive process improvements, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement robust health and safety procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production levels, inventory, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of production management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for production management.
