Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Mexican Chef to lead our grill station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cooking high-quality Mexican dishes to exacting standards.

About the Role

  • You will work with secret recipes to prepare and cook dishes that meet Mad Mex standards.
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver fast, flavorful meals that meet guest expectations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a grill master or chef in a similar environment is essential.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to lead a team effectively.
  • You will need to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Mad Mex's high standards.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is crucial.
