Job Title: Domestic Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domestic Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support services, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all living areas in the client's home.
  • Organizing: Ensure that items are organized and put away properly, maintaining a clutter-free and tidy environment.
  • Laundry: Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens as needed.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms, including sinks, countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
  • Window and Mirror Cleaning: Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free and polished appearance.
  • Changing Linens: Change bed linens and towels as necessary to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment.
  • Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Special Tasks: Accomplish specific cleaning tasks requested by the client, such as cleaning and organizing closets, cabinets, or refrigerators.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests.

Requirements:

  • Experience in domestic assistance or a related field is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform cleaning tasks with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Dependability: Must be punctual and reliable, consistently meeting scheduled cleaning appointments.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Benefits:

This is a casual position with a competitive hourly rate of $34.00 - $38.00 per hour.
