Job Description

Mars Recruitment Australia is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Business Intelligence: Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
