    Job Description:



  • As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Additionally, you will participate in the setup and maintenance of alternative investment funds, collaborating with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as needed.
  • Your responsibilities will include handling daily fund operations, coordinating with third parties, preparing financial reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating investor servicing, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
  • Organizing and participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings are also part of your responsibilities.
  • Finally, you will review tax returns and maintain relevant contacts with tax authorities.

    Your Profile:



  • You hold a university degree in Accounting and Finance or Economics.
  • As a fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA), you have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • With 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
  • You are fluent in English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
