Thiess Group is seeking a highly skilled Training Administrator to join our team at our operations site. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training solutions and supporting the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Training Coordinator and HST Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement on-boarding and induction programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Assist with the analysis and implementation of project training needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as defined by the HST Manager, ensuring the effective delivery of training programs.

Work Schedule

Our team operates on a 5/2 4/3 roster, working a 9-day fortnight. We offer camp accommodation and meals to support our employees' work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative roles within a resources, construction, or similar industry.
  • Working towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-level organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines, continuous improvement, and delivering results.
  • Ability to work well in a high-volume, busy work environment.
