Job Description:

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading high-impact, AI-driven engineering initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will oversee technical excellence, team capability growth, and client success, ensuring every project aligns with our speed-to-impact model.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering AI-driven, cloud-native, and DevSecOps-enabled solutions at scale.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, conduct analysis, and implement best practices. Your goal is to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, leveraging AI to generate most artefacts while enforcing rigorous review and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering and product teams delivering AI-driven, cloud-native, and DevSecOps-enabled solutions at scale.
  • Shape technical strategy - guiding clients through transformative adoption of fully AI-driven delivery models.
  • Conduct technical analysis, define solution architectures, and facilitate client workshops to define project technical approaches.
  • Implement best practices - from product repository artefacts to AI prompt libraries for coding standards, architecture, and security compliance.
  • Upskill and coach client teams in AI-driven ways of working and embed them in their culture.
  • Drive productivity and quality - leveraging AI to generate the majority of artefacts while enforcing rigorous review and validation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong background in software engineering, systems design, and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering best practices.
  • Expertise in AWS or Azure, serverless architectures, and container orchestration.
  • Mastery of DevOps practices: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and observability.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Proven leadership in engineering or technical consulting roles, ideally in cloud-native, DevOps, and AI-driven environments.
  • Experience coaching and developing engineering teams in high-performance, agile environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
