Job Title: Endpoint Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Endpoint Engineering Manager to spearhead our team in delivering exceptional support methodologies and technical expertise to our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-performance culture, leading automation efforts, and overseeing daily operations with minimal supervision.

  • Drive a high-performance culture within the team and provide technical leadership.
  • Lead automation initiatives and drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Validate and assist in maintaining client risk and issues registers.
  • Provide governance for all implementations and changes affecting end-user SOE environments.
  • Assist with and drive shift-left initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement/project revenue growth within new accounts.
  • Evaluate project design principles to ensure service improvements, efficiencies, and/or cost reductions.

Key requirements include comprehensive understanding of supporting customers across outsourced delivery environments, previous operational management experience, and excellent financial acumen.

Modern and traditional End Point Device Management Solutions, Microsoft Operating System Configuration & Deployment, and Collaboration Platforms are also essential.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to operate under limited direction are crucial.
