Senior Pricing Strategy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Pricing Strategy Manager to lead our retail pricing strategy and governance across all brands and channels. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in revenue management/pricing strategy, with 10+ years of experience.

Job Summary

The Senior Pricing Strategy Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our retail pricing strategy and governance across all brands and channels. This senior role requires a forward-thinking approach, balancing profitability, market positioning, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sophisticated pricing frameworks using market intelligence and advanced analytics.
  • Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to integrate pricing strategies with commercial objectives and adapt to market dynamics.
  • Set enterprise pricing vision aligned with commercial, customer, and brand objectives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to integrate pricing as a core commercial lever, balancing value creation with customer experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar.
  • Proven strategy development and implementation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing strategies and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with pricing software and tools.
  • Experience working in a matrix structured organisation.
  • Retail experience is highly regarded.
  • Leading/motivating/influencing commercial executives.
