Leasing Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Executive to join our team. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting open homes, private inspections, and entry condition reports.

Your primary focus will be on handling routine inspections and tenant communication with professionalism. You will also process applications, conduct reference checks, and prepare lease renewals.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will build strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients, contributing to a high-performing team that thrives on excellence and results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and entry condition reports
  • Handle routine inspections and tenant communication with professionalism
  • Process applications, conduct reference checks, and prepare lease renewals
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and prospective clients
  • Contribute to a high-performing team that thrives on excellence and results

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of real estate experience
  • Certificate of Registration (COR) and a reliable car and driver's license
  • Strong knowledge of PropertyMe and Inspection Manager
  • Possess polished communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • A self-starter with energy, ambition, and pride in their work
