Property Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a Property Support Specialist to join our high-performing real estate team in Sydney.

The Role:
  • Support a Senior Property Manager with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless property management experience through established systems and processes
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to rental enquiries via phone and email
  • Conduct open homes and private inspections
  • Carry out routine inspections
  • Prepare lease agreements and coordinate lease sign-ups
  • Manage maintenance requests and repairs
  • Complete reference checks for prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
  • Certificate of Registration and valid driver's license required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport
  • Highly professional and well-organized
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
