About the Role

VMCH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team in providing high-quality food services to our residents. As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of cooks, planning menus, and ensuring that all food is fresh, well-presented, and appetizing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher, as well as Food Safety Supervisor Training. You will also need to have experience working in a food services environment and supervising staff. Additionally, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees, and volunteers.
