About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our hotel housekeeping department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Management: Develop key tasks for the team, ensuring timely delivery of rooms to guests, and conducting regular team briefings to discuss progress and goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with hotel leadership to establish quality metrics, maintain Health and Safety standards, and manage billing and rostering administration.
  • Talent Development: Promote a safe and inclusive work environment, foster strong relationships with team members, and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
