Manager of Community Standards

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring community standards are upheld and responsible advertising practices are promoted.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end complaints handling processes, optimizing procedures to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Oversee the Case Management System (CMS) to produce reports and statistics.
- Provide secretariat support to the Ad Standards Community Panel.
- Write clear and accurate case reports reflecting Ad Standards Community Panel decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complaints.
- Supervise and mentor the Case Officer, including performance management and professional development.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- A commitment to upholding community standards and promoting responsible advertising practices.
