Enhance the Guest Experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant.

Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service to our most loyal and VIP guests. Ensure all guests are greeted in a timely fashion and made to feel welcome, following established procedures. Check guests in and out of the hotel using our current operating system, book rooms for Club guests, and assist with any reservation needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless experience of our most loyal and VIP guests
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Book rooms for Club guests and assist with any reservation needs
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Take responsibility over the lounge when on shift

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A luxury service focus and desire to grow your career is desired. A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required. Experience with Opera PMS highly desired. Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation is expected.
