Luxury Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Key responsibilities include assisting the Outlets Manager in developing strategies for improving service quality, supervising staff to ensure adherence to service standards, and collaborating with vendors and suppliers to maintain excellent relationships.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant environment, holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and possesses excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
A strong understanding of inventory management, cost control principles, and point of sale systems is essential. The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and flexible to work varying shifts.
