Digital Creative Specialist

The Digital Media Coordinator is a key role in our organisation, blending creative design with campaign coordination. The successful candidate will manage projects from brief to delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all creative is on brand, delivered on time, and enhances the customer experience.
This is a temporary 15-month position that requires a unique blend of creativity and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and maintain high standards of quality.
The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a consistent design throughout all deliverables, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time through briefing, planning, development, and implementation stages. This includes briefing, designing, and implementing eDMs, as well as creating and delivering various web assets, including scheduling via ad server.
Key responsibilities include deployment and management of digital catalogues, contributing to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specification, and messaging, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for delivering original design projects from concept to completion.
