Quality Assurance Leader

Cotton On is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Leader to lead the development and execution of our global quality strategy.

In this role, you will drive supplier ownership of quality, ensuring every product meets our brand standards and supports our expansion into new markets.

You will partner closely with Production to build supplier strategies, implement calibration frameworks, and establish processes that guarantee consistency across countries and categories.

This role requires a commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with hands-on problem solving, build strong relationships across teams and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement in quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality processes and strategies.
  • Drive supplier ownership of quality.
  • Build supplier strategies and implement calibration frameworks.
  • Establish processes for consistency across countries and categories.
  • Oversee supplier performance and deliver training programs.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in quality control within the retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing quality processes and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of garment production, inspection procedures, and supplier management.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and cloud-based reporting systems.
  • Experience building tools, dashboards, and calibration frameworks to monitor performance.
