Claims Investigation Specialist

Deliver high-quality outcomes for a portfolio of medium to high value claims and complex niche products as a Claims Investigation Specialist.

  • Manage liability claims in accordance with best practice guidelines.
  • Analyse first reports to determine the nature of loss, coverage provided, and scope of injury or damage.
  • Conduct investigations into all aspects of reported claims, including potential fraud, and secure and/or file all supporting documentation.
  • Establish accurate and timely reserves.
  • Maintain an active diary to achieve timely development of files and disposition of claims.
  • Promptly document all developments on claim files.
  • Exercise good judgement in reaching final dispositions of claims by evaluating the nature of loss, liability, injury or damage, coverage provided, and applicable limits.
