Role Overview
  • Assist the Strata Manager in overseeing administrative tasks for bodies corporate procedures.
The Role Responsibilities
  • Process and record details, as well as dispatch outgoing mail.
  • Compose letters, emails, meeting notices & minutes, and compile documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Support preparation for, holding, and preparing minutes of body corporate meetings.
  • Prepare Disclosure Statements and Body Corporate Information Certificates.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 - 12+ months experience within Body Corporate.
  • A strong interest in professional growth within the Strata space.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of communication – both written and verbal.
