Job Overview

The role of Social Media Lead involves overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy across corporate and consumer channels.

This includes leading and mentoring a team of social media specialists, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture, and providing expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's regulatory work and consumer financial education objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a high-performance, innovative culture.
  3. Provide expert strategic advice to senior leaders on social media campaigns, content, and best-practice audience engagement.
