Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Cape Breton University. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our automotive products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  4. Personal Qualities: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
