About the Role

We are seeking a team member to contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Use various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and carpark - whatever the weather.

About You and Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. You should be able to provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. You must maintain a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic. Additionally, you will need to be active and constantly on the go, which may require moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
