At Coles Supermarkets, we're committed to providing our customers with a safe and seamless shopping experience. To achieve this, we need team members who can work collaboratively in various roles across our stores.

We're currently looking for Store Team Members (Cleaning and Trolley Collection) to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our stores maintain a welcoming environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store
  • Cleaning floors, shelving, and equipment using various products and equipment
  • Collecting trolleys from within and around the store, as well as the carpark, regardless of weather conditions
  • Working autonomously, both indoors and outdoors

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills:

  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic
  • Physical fitness, activity, and energy to perform tasks involving lifting up to 17kgs
  • Availability to work shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week
  • The ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours
