Job Title: Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member

It takes the collaboration of team members in various roles to operate over 800 supermarkets across Australia. Whether you're working in-store or delivering to customers' doors, life behind the scenes is fast-paced and engaging.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Using equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark - regardless of weather conditions.

About You and Your Skills:

You will work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting. A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace is essential. You should have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, a passion for working safely, and abide by safe work practices.

What's Required:

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • Be active and physically fit, able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
