About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Systematic Trader to join our team at Susquehanna Pacific. As a Quantitative Systematic Trader, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing electronic trading strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and develop new trading ideas through market data analysis and mathematical modeling
  • Design and implement trading strategies using programming languages such as Python and C++
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of trading strategies
  • Monitor and analyze trading performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal trading performance
Requirements
  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python and C++
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
