As a Relationship Officer with Funds in Court, you will deliver exceptional customer service and conduct investigations relevant to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit clients at their residences to investigate matters concerning independent living skills, accommodation issues, emotional and physical well-being, and support requirements.
- Provide authoritative reports with considered recommendations to facilitate decision-making regarding the effective utilization of beneficiary funds.
- Conduct research into the level, provision, and accessibility of relevant services provided to beneficiaries and their families, and identify new services available.
**About the Role:**
- Familiarity with National Standards for Disability Services is essential.
- Experience in the human services field, particularly in providing services to meet the needs of clients with ABI, mental health issues, substance abuse issues, and survivors of trauma, is highly desirable.
- The ability to engage in sensitive conversations while maintaining a high level of professionalism is crucial.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work requirements, are necessary.
- A well-developed attention to detail is required.
- Exceptional conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to support decision-making and recommendations, are essential.
