Court Funds Officer

As a key member of our team, the Junior Legal Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Primary responsibilities include the checking and authentication of orders made by the Associate Judge and Judicial Registrar assigned to Funds in Court.
Key Tasks:- Check and authenticate orders made by the Associate Judge and Judicial Registrar
- Assist the Solicitor to the Senior Master in discharging their duty
- A law degree or substantial progress towards that degree would be highly regarded
- An interest in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Victoria including an ability to understand the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules
- Experience in the Disability Sector will be highly regarded
