Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
We're currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline fuel team as Customer Service Representatives.

We require a minimum of 19 hours per week, and a competitive pay rate including applicable penalty rates for weekends, late nights, and public holidays + superannuation.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering brilliant customer service to keep EG customers returning
  • Promoting products and exciting in-store deals
  • Operating point of sale systems and assisting with fuel and stock deliveries
  • Maintaining a safe working environment at all times
  • Ensuring effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation
