We are seeking an accomplished Tosca Test Automation Lead to spearhead the development and delivery of automation solutions for key clients.

Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies and plans with a strong emphasis on test automation using Tosca. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all testing efforts align with business objectives and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing Testing Strategies: Collaborate with Business Technology Partners, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Application Architects, Designers, and Developers to develop and define testing strategies that meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Implementing Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, ensuring seamless integration into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
  • Coordinating Testing Efforts: Plan, coordinate, and oversee various types of testing activities, including automation and non-functional testing, within development or integration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Technology Solutions SMEs to provide expert advice on test planning and execution, utilizing insights to drive service improvements and support process and organizational changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or similar role, with a strong background in test automation, particularly delivering projects using Tosca. Experience in AOS and DEX execution is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Tosca, Opkey, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, playwright, etc.), and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
