Job Title: Content and Marketing Lead

Ripple Opportunities is working with a purpose-led nonprofit furnishing safe homes for individuals affected by homelessness and domestic violence.

This role will focus on capturing the generosity, humanity, and power of community connection behind every moment, including filming reels, snapping photos, amplifying media moments, and covering partner events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary storyteller, bringing stories to life through editing, captioning, and shaping content for every channel.
  • Craft compelling LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and reports that convey the energy of the organization out into the world.
  • Design smart, consistent assets in Canva, develop reusable templates, and contribute to building a brand system that scales.
  • Support media pitches, donor updates, speeches, and impact reports by crafting clear, timely communications.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in communications and content creation.
  • An eye for storytelling and initiative to transform it into durable content.
  • The ability to work efficiently, deliver results, and learn as you go.
