
Project Talent Acquisitions Specialist

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top talent for key projects. Reporting to the Project Lead, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across various technical and trade roles, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, workforce requirements, and resource allocation priorities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Manage high-volume screening, shortlisting, and interviewing processes to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within our ATS, aligning with compliance and project reporting needs.
- Contribute to talent strategies, including workforce planning, pipeline development, and employer branding initiatives.
- You possess strong recruitment experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or engineering sectors.
- You excel in proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with excellent communication and time management skills.
- You have a proven ability to build rapport and work effectively with stakeholders, understanding project-driven recruitment needs.
- You maintain attention to detail and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools is essential; experience with specialized software is highly desirable.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required, along with a valid Australian driver's licence.
