Role Overview

This position is responsible for supervising a team of mechanical fitters in performing routine and reactive maintenance tasks on water and sewer infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain wastewater and water control systems while ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Lead internal and external projects with small teams, promoting efficient operations.
  • Operate and maintain network assets within water and sewer distribution systems to minimize environmental impact.
Requirements
  • Hold a current driver's license and possess a truck licence (HC or MR).
  • National licence to perform high-risk work and trade certificate in a relevant mechanical discipline.
  • Willingness to upskill and undertake additional training for ongoing professional development.
Key Qualifications
  • Driver's Licence: Current Driver's License required.
  • Truck Licence: HC or MR licence.
  • National Licence: National Licence to perform High Risk work.
  • Trade Certificate: Trade Certificate in a relevant mechanical discipline.
  • Upskilling: Willingness to upskill and undertake additional training.
