Senior Manager - Assurance Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our assurance services team and oversee complex external audit engagements.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive audit strategies, conducting risk assessments, and identifying areas for improvement in clients' financial reporting and internal controls.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and departments.

In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must have:

  • a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA or CPA)
  • a minimum of 8 years of experience in assurance services, preferably in an external audit role
  • excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
  • proficiency in relevant software applications, such as auditing and data analytics tools
