As a Senior Educator, you will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to assess, inform, and enhance our educational offerings for children. About Goodstart Shepparton – Bourchier Street
  • Led by an experienced Centre Director dedicated to professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Our leadership team values collaboration and actively listens to the needs of our Educators.
  • Facilities include a 105-place service with spacious rooms, expansive play areas, and a dedicated sleeping area for infants.
  • Operating hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a flexible roster system.
  • Convenient free street parking available.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
