Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, ensuring their projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in equipment handling and maintenance. They will be able to provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to safely use equipment, and perform pickups and deliveries as required.

As the critical link between our branch, customers, and their projects, this role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a valid driver's license and the availability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
